Hello! I’m a Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience helping clients and families struggling with bipolar disorder, substance abuse/ substance use disorders, sex/ porn addiction and trauma. I’ve worked in mental health and addiction hospitals like Homewood Health Centre and Bellwood Health Services. I’m trained in CBT and Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT) for bipolar disorder. I also provide education and support for families impacted by bipolar disorder and/or addiction.
