I’ve worked in mental health and addiction hospitals like Homewood Health Centre and Bellwood Health Services. I’m trained in CBT and Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT) for bipolar disorder. I also provide education and support for families impacted by bipolar disorder and/or addiction.
